Instructions:

1. Install IPA Keyboard from the Play Store.
2. Enable IPA Keyboard in App Settings (refer to Installation section).
3. In any input field, tap the "Keyboard Chooser" icon at the bottom of the screen or in the notification bar, and select IPA Keyboard.
4. Long press a key to view alternate options (double-tap for tone keys).
